Start with the problem.
Understand the customer’s situation before discussing the solution. Feedback, research, and analytics should shape the questions we ask.
I’m Panagiotis. I turn complex challenges into clearer product decisions, better experiences, and teams that take ownership.

Different problems. A common thread: understand the customer, make the tradeoffs clear, and help the team move forward.
Real-time journeys, clearer feedback, and thoughtful error handling.
Explore the workIn live sports experiences, conditions can change while someone is making a decision. The interface needs to help people understand what happened and what to do next.
At Kaizen Gaming, I’ve worked with Design and Engineering on real-time interaction and error-handling improvements, connecting customer feedback with technical dependencies and market requirements.
A useful error message gives the customer a clear next step.
Identity verification, external providers, and the systems behind the screen.
Explore the workA simple customer journey can rely on several providers and internal systems. Product decisions need to account for those connections from the start.
My work has included KYC integrations with IDnow and Intelli, relationships with feed providers, player statistics, and integrations with internal odds systems. An engineering background helps me ask better questions about feasibility and dependencies.
The customer sees one experience. The team needs to understand the whole system.
Strategy, coaching, and a shared understanding of what matters next.
Explore the workAs a product area grows, the work changes. Clear priorities and independent decision-making become as important as the next release.
As a Group Product Manager, I own strategy and roadmaps for betting experiences and promotional products, while coaching Product Managers on discovery, delivery, and ownership. I partner with Business Intelligence to bring adoption analysis into roadmap conversations.
Give people context, clear expectations, and space to make decisions.
A few principles I keep coming back to.
Understand the customer’s situation before discussing the solution. Feedback, research, and analytics should shape the questions we ask.
Good prioritisation connects customer value, business goals, and technical reality. Explain what matters now and why.
Set clear expectations, share context, and coach people through decisions. Ownership grows with trust and accountability.
A release starts a new conversation. Look at adoption, listen to feedback, and use what you learn to choose the next improvement.
“What would make this
clearer for the customer?”
I started in software engineering at Nokia, moved into Scrum and product ownership, and now lead a product area at Kaizen Gaming. I’m interested in the point where technology, human behaviour, and business meet.
Sportsbook has taught me to work with complex systems, changing conditions, and customers across markets. The questions that interest me travel well: is this useful, is it understandable, and is it worth building?
Product strategy, customer journeys, and coaching Product Managers.
Identity verification and Sportsbook products, from requirements to delivery.
Backend engineering and the foundations of working with product teams.
The interests that keep me curious outside work.
I play as well as follow the game. The mix of individual decisions and collective effort keeps me coming back.
I’m curious about how people think, make choices, and form habits. Understanding those patterns helps me ask better questions about the experiences we build.
A way to step back, focus on what I can influence, and respond more thoughtfully when things become difficult.
And a soft spot for entrepreneurial ideas that could become something real.
Product challenges, team leadership, or an idea worth exploring.
I’m always interested in a thoughtful conversation.
